Every 3rd Wednesday of the month, there is an option to do an organised Hill Session led by a Club Member.

This session involves a warm up run to a local hill, then a series of structured hill repeats followed by a warm down run back to the Club.

There is no compulsion to do ALL of the scheduled repeats - slower or less fit runners can easily drop a few of the repeat intervals if they require. The repeats involve running hard up the hill with a gentle jog back down for recovery.
